More staff - say hello to our new employees!
Our company is growing and has more to do than ever! Therefore we have more new employees coming in! Now a Production Manager and a Sales Manager are in place this spring and here you can get a little better acquainted with who the people in the new roles are, with our five quick questions.
Tommy Rasmussen started March 1 as our Production Manager. He comes from and lives in Risør in Southern Norway, is 46 years old and has 3 children. He has extensive experience in mechanical production, with a trade certificate as a machine worker to start with. He has previously worked as a project manager within the delivery of equipment to the offshore industry, everything from entering into a contract to final documentation. He has a degree in management and has several years of experience as a production and department manager in various companies. In addition, he has experience with HSE management, and has a strong focus on this in all planning and execution of various assignments. Otherwise, Tommy likes to be active in his spare time and he spends a lot of time cycling in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Tommy has answered five quick questions:
Are you a morning bird or a night owl?
I'm a morning bird - I like to get started early.
Simple dinner or fancy cooking in the kitchen?
Cooking in the kitchen is never wrong if there is time and space for it.
Beach vacation or ski vacation?
Ski vacation - I like active vacations.
Soda or coffee?
Coffee - absolutely necessary in the morning.
TV series or the news?
TV series - I read the news online.
May-Lill Skjeggedal started as Sales Manager on March 1. She is in the final stages of a master's degree in entrepreneurship and economics and will finish this in June this year. She has extensive experience as a manager, most recently as general manager at Hotel Lyngørporten. In recent years, she has run her own business within administrative services, business development and start-up assistance. Otherwise she lives in Tvedestrand and likes to explore the skerries both above and below water.
May-Lill has also answered five quick questions:
Are you a morning bird or a night owl?
Both - but usually more often late evenings than early mornings.
Simple dinner or fancy cooking in the kitchen?
Mostly simple dinners in the daily, but sometimes it’s fun to try out new recipes that demand more time.
Beach vacation or ski vacation?
Beach vacation.
Soda or coffee?
Absolutely coffee! I’m not ready to start the day before breakfast and coffee is done.
TV series or the news?
I actually don’t own a TV, but I catch up on news and sometimes a TV show either way.
Big thanks to Tommy and May-Lill for their answers! Now we know them a bit better ☺️
